Refund Policy

At SavannahReads, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

   • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

   • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items

   • Gift cards, downloadable digital products, and clearance items are not eligible for refunds.

   • Items returned in damaged or used condition will not qualify.

3. Refund Process

   • To request a refund, please contact us at support@savannahreads.shop with your order number and reason for return.

   • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

   • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

   • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

   • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
