Savannah Reads sells only digital eBooks, delivered instantly after purchase. Because these are intangible products, we do not accept physical returns of any kind. Once an eBook has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered and non-returnable.

When Returns May Apply
Although digital eBooks cannot be physically returned, we will review cases where:

• You received the wrong digital file.

• You are unable to access your eBook due to technical problems.

• A duplicate purchase was made in error.
